BASSET back at Gas Gas!

Gas Gas is back, and better than ever!” and the Spanish brand intends to make it known! Firstly by displaying the all new EC 300 and 250 at the Milan Motorcycle Show (EICMA) alongside the hashtag #stillriding, and secondly by forming a solid team for the next EnduroGP season...

Indeed, for 2017, Gas Gas Factory will retain Spaniard Jonathan BARRAGAN who remains a steady bet in the World Championship (26th EnduroGP) and who is capable of strong results.
But in an exciting addition to their line-up we see the return of: Antoine BASSET
The Frenchman, who put in an amazing performance throughout the 2016 season, and finished the year with a superb 11th place in EnduroGP, was one of the most sought-after riders during the “transfer window” this off-season. Many teams were keen to sign the 2016 Privateer of the Year and finally it was Gas Gas who won out, striking a deal with their former employee, BASSET
After their first partnership in 2015, which ended badly due to the economic problems faced by Gas Gas, the Catalan brand and BASSET are keen to work together in 2017 to put the brand new EC 300 and their brand at the front of the International and French racing scenes.

Gas Gas has in any case signed one of the biggest stars on the transfer market, and they will be hoping to shine in EnduroGP in 2017 after two difficult seasons...
