ALBERGONI, Star Wildcard!

Freshly retired from EnduroGP, we will have the pleasure of seeing the smiling Italian Simone ALBERGONI (Kawasaki) return during the 3rd round of the season, the Italian Grand Prix in Spoleto. He will be supported by his KE Moto team and will ride alongside another well-known Enduro competitor, Alessandro BATTIG (I - Kawasaki)...

After his decision to retire at the end of 2016, the triple World Vice-Champion (2004-2006-2007) could not ignore his home Grand Prix! The rider who has long been considered one of the great hopes of Italy after the era of Giovanni SALA, Mario RINALDI and Fabio FARIOLI, will be one of the headliners in a strong contingent of Italian riders...
ALBERGONI will face the stars of EnduroGP with his Kawasaki 450 4-stroke. He is currently sitting a very impressive third in his class in the Italian Championship, behind Alex SALVINI (I - Beta) and Giacomo REDONDI (I - Honda). For his part, Alessandro BATTIG will line up in Enduro 2.

Even though he is not participating in the entire World Championship, "Simo" could still ruffle some feathers in the highly competitive EnduroGP category. But he will need to be pushing at the maximum. In any case, it will be a real pleasure to see the Italian and his KE Moto team in the paddock!
